Good to know
A comfortable 10 inch king-sized memory foam mattress awaits you in the bedroom, and a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa is also available in the living room. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request. The kitchen has spices, pots, pans, baking dishes, and utensils, and appliances include a full-sized refrigerator, full-size oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. You have your own stacked washer and dryer accessible from your patio right off the bedroom.

Note: if you are especially sensitive to noise, there is a fire station nearby so there are occasional sirens. Also there is occasionally music in the neighborhood on the weekends. “This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2023-3570” Note: Weekly and monthly discounts are available only for continuous bookings of 7 nights or 28+ nights and can’t be applied retroactively if a shorter stay is extended. Guests are always welcome to book additional nights separately, and if no extra cleaning is required, the $100 cleaning fee will be refunded. Please also note that extensions made within 24 hours of the original checkout time will include a $25 late-change fee.

Neighborhood
Centrally located for very easy access to downtown. That also means you are likely to see some homelessness in the area. However, the property has closed entry gates and security cameras all around the building to place your security first. The neighborhood is generally quiet, however, there is a fire department nearby so there are occasional sirens, and there is also occasionally music at night on the weekends.
Guest Access
You will have 1 parking spot available in the parking lot behind the building, accessible from the alley between Taylor and Polk Streets. Note: All stays longer than 30 days will be required to sign a lease agreement. Failure to sign the agreement may result in early termination of your stay.

Location
Skyharbor Intl Airport is just a 5-10 min drive away, or you can take the airport monorail, transfer to the light rail and get off at the 12th St/Washington stop just 6 blocks away. Access to I-10 is just 5 mins away. Chase Stadium is just 6 blocks away, and you can walk to many locations downtown in just 15 mins or so. But there are also Spin (rented through Lyft app) and Lime (rented through Uber app) scooters and electric bikes all around the neighborhood for cheap and easy access to all of downtown Phoenix.
