Perfect place to stay in the heart of Phoenix. Convenient to all the cool restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was brand new and done beautifully. Had everything we could need and more! Loved all the security gates and cameras. Felt at home. Bonus: fanciest shower I’ve used to date. Will definitely be back!

We literally checked in 9pm due to us finding a horrible Airbnb down the street which didn’t look nothing like pictures. However JJ was still able to accommodate us so late and fast . Everything was fresh , clean , and so much better. I would definitely be back !

Would absolutely stay here again! The place was great, and was in a perfect location for what we needed. The space was very clean and was exactly as advertised. The host was very nice and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting downtown Phoenix

JJ and Isa’s place was the nicest experience I had so far coming up to Phoenix for work. I have a terrible sense of direction so I had a little bit of a hard time finding the back parking lot in the dark. Isa called me and guided me to where I needed to be which I thought was incredibly kind. The kitchen was spotless had great cooking tools including all stainless steel pots and pans. There was even a blender. Bed was comfy, place was quiet. I’d say look no farther just stay with JJ and Isa. A heads up about needing to use your own Netflix Hulu, etc. accounts just FYI.

This was place was exquisite. I would definitely stay again. Very convenient and close to a lot of places that I wanted to visit. Highly recommended. I didn’t run into any issues whatsoever. Great place !! Great host!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great little place and great location. Host was very communicative and friendly. It was very quiet and felt very safe. I loved the little private patio off of the bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was lovely! It’s gated on both sides so it feels super secure, less than a mile from the convention center, private back patio, washer and dryer, couldn’t ask for more!

JJ’s place was more than I could have imagined! I’m local so I was aware of the area the place was located (was more worried it was be noisy) but wow was i surprised! Loved there was designated parking in the back and that there were security cameras for that extra safe feeling. The apartment was very easy to access with the instructions and we had no issues with noise or anything making us feel unsafe. The place was nice and spacious for two people and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The bed is a king and (my personal preference) was a bit firm for me but my partner loved it and slept like a baby! The space gets nice and cold as well which is a huge plus if you will be visiting during the hotter months. You are located near downtown so the ease of seeing the sights without going too far was nice! JJ was very responsive and so nice! I would recommend JJ’s place to anyone visiting this area!

a cute and cozy place to relax and chill at. I kinda digged the layout of the place not going to lie, very nice indeed and even a hammock at the front to sit and look at the stars :) would definitely come back when so :)
