Empress is a ground-floor 1-bedroom apartment with a private full bath (bathtub and shower). Sleep on a comfortable 10-inch king-size memory foam mattress in the bedroom; a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room handles up to 2 more guests. The fully stocked kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, baking dishes, and utensils. Laundry is handled in-unit with your own stacked washer and dryer, accessible from the private patio. Two 58-inch Hisense Roku TVs - one in the bedroom, one in the living room. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195c. The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is STR-2026-001046. Note: weekly and monthly discounts are available only for continuous bookings of 7 nights or 28+ nights and cannot be applied retroactively if a shorter stay is extended. Guests are always welcome to book additional nights separately, and if no extra cleaning is required, the 100 cleaning fee will be refunded. Extensions made within 24 hours of the original checkout time will include a 40 late-change fee. All stays longer than 30 days will be required to sign a lease agreement.
