Gorgon is a ground-floor 1-bedroom apartment with a private full bath (bathtub and shower). Sleep on a comfortable 10-inch king-size memory foam mattress in the bedroom; a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room handles up to 2 more guests. The fully stocked kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, baking dishes, and utensils. Laundry is handled in-unit with your own stacked washer and dryer, accessible from the private patio. Two 58-inch Hisense Roku TVs - one in the bedroom, one in the living room. A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available upon request.
Other Details to Note
We are located in downtown Phoenix where there is a notable homeless population. For the security of our guests we do maintain locked courtyard gates and security cameras. All stays longer than 30 days will be required to sign a lease agreement. “This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c)."
